DING CERVANTES writes: “ABOARD the homebound papal plane from Greece, Pope Francis announced plans to visit Moscow, the capital of Russia, in the near future. Shivers ran down my spine as I read it.
All the prophecies signaling the “end times” are coming together, especially those told years ago by the Blessed Mother during her Garabandal, Spain apparitions (1961-65). These apparitions were confirmed as authentic by St. Padre Pio, St. Teresa of Calcutta, and, albeit indirectly, St. Pope Paul VI who were contemporaries.
As far as I know, never has Heaven given us so many hints on when a major prophecy is to occur. After having name-dropped three saints to buttress Garabandal’s credibility, where does Pope Francis’ planned sortie to Moscow fit in?
In his book Garabandal, Finger of God, author Albrecht Weber, a German who was involved with Garabandal since the early years (he is now deceased and buried in Garabandal), quoted visionary Conchita as having said: “The Pope will go to Russia, to Moscow.
As soon as he returns to the Vatican, hostilities will break out in different parts of Europe.” On June 19, 1962, the seers of Garabandal were given a vision of the tribulations to follow, making them scream in fear for several minutes. When asked the Blessed Mother about it, she replied that communism, led by Russia, would unexpectedly take over many parts of democratic countries where Christians would be persecuted.
At the height of such an event, God would send to the whole world the Great Warning which will simultaneously penetrate, in the manner of the Holy Spirit, the consciences of each living person on earth, both believers and unbelievers.
And we know by Pope Francis’ words that his travel to Russia, though still undated, would be soon, as he said: “I am ready to go to Moscow, for a dialogue with a brother.” He was referring to Patriarch Kirill, the head of the Russian Orthodox church.
More on Garabandal and the “WARNING”
Garabandal is a village in Spain where six girls reported seeing the Virgin Mary from 1961 to 1965. The girls said that Mary told them about a coming “warning” that would be a sign of God’s anger with the world. Mary also said that there would be a great miracle in Garabandal, and that the world would have a chance to repent before the end times.
The warning has been interpreted in different ways by believers and skeptics. Some believe that it will be a physical event, such as a solar eclipse or a meteor strike. Others believe that it will be a spiritual event, such as a mass conversion or a change in the way people perceive God.
The miracle in Garabandal has also been interpreted in different ways. Some believe that it will be a physical event, such as the sun dancing in the sky or the appearance of a new star. Others believe that it will be a spiritual event, such as the conversion of a large number of people or the appearance of the Virgin Mary to the whole world.
The end times are a topic of much speculation and debate. Some believe that they are near, while others believe that they are still far off. The warning and the miracle in Garabandal are two events that some believe will precede the end times.
Whether or not the warning and the miracle in Garabandal will actually happen is unknown. However, they are two events that have captured the attention of many people around the world.
Here are some additional details about Garabandal:
- The six girls who reported seeing the Virgin Mary were Conchita Gonzalez, Jacinta Gonzalez, Mari Loli Mendez, Francisco Sanchez, and Miguel Angel Gonzalez.
- The apparitions took place over a period of four years, from June 1961 to June 1965.
- The girls said that Mary appeared to them at different times of day and night, and that she spoke to them about a variety of topics, including the importance of prayer, the need for penance, and the coming of the end times.
- The apparitions at Garabandal have been investigated by the Catholic Church, and the Church has not made a definitive statement about their authenticity.
- However, the Church has said that the girls were credible witnesses, and that the events at Garabandal are worthy of study and reflection.
The warning and the miracle in Garabandal are two events that have captured the attention of many people around the world. Whether or not they will actually happen is unknown. However, they are two events that are worth considering and reflecting on.
